Our Story

At Empower Autism Omaha, our journey is just beginning, but our passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families through personalized ABA therapy has been years in the making. Founded by Matt Dennis, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience, we created this practice to offer something unique: a personalized, hands-on approach where families have direct access to their child’s therapist without any unnecessary barriers.

Our Beginning

In 2024, after working in larger settings and witnessing how impersonal services could become, Matt knew it was time to do things differently. He wanted to create a practice that would focus on genuine relationships, where parents and caregivers would feel truly supported throughout their child’s ABA journey. This desire to put families first led to the creation of Empower Autism Omaha.

With a commitment to maintaining a small caseload, we began offering in-home services with the goal of providing individualized care that’s tailored to each child’s specific needs. From functional behavior assessments to skill-building programs, every aspect of our services is designed with the child and family at the center.

Our Growth Journey

While we are still at the beginning of our journey, our mission remains clear: to provide dedicated, personalized care that focuses on the needs of each child and family. Even as we grow, we are committed to maintaining the personal touch that sets us apart—ensuring that every family feels heard, supported, and valued throughout the process.

As we move forward, we are excited to continue building relationships with new families and expanding our services to meet the evolving needs of the children we serve. By staying true to our core values of collaboration, partnership, and individualized care, we look forward to making a lasting impact in the lives of many more children.
